transactions in, offer, sell or distribute any securities. Any activities associated with the
College Piggy service that are required to be performed by a registered broker-dealer are
conducted exclusively by College Piggy affiliate brokers, dealers, and other financial

All third party affiliates, including but not limited to, brokers, dealers, financial
